A new year, 2011. Yet with lotsa of bad things happen.

It's just the beginning of the year, the very first month of 2011. Tell me how am I going to pass the another 11 months? Sigh~

I've been having too much of nightmare recently, can't take it anymore. It's literally a lot!!

I don't like this. I don't want to always woke up in a shock and stare at the ceiling for the rest of the night. It makes me feeling shitty.

And not only that. Its been raining since 2 days ago and it is still raining. The whole KL looks greyish. It somehow makes me feel emo.

Too many things running on my mind. Too many things waiting to be done. Too many things happen recently.

I had enough of this.

Rain, can you please stop?

Nightmare, can you please don't come to me anymore?

I just want to have a peaceful CNY and that's it.

But guess that I won't get it.

I'm screwed.

Another tough week

Again, its been long time I didn't update my blog.

And looks like I will only remember it whenever I feel stress.

This week is a tough week for me. Yes, again!!

4 telepres, 1 live meeting, 5 trainings.

Partners are not here. I need to cover up both of their tasks.

WHY?

Can't just give me a silence and easy week before I fly to Taiwan? =(

I bet I will forget everything when I come back from Taiwan.

I wish they can postpone those trainings to next next week.

Anyhow, I still need to finish up everything before I leave.

Working life is just boring.

Lucky I met a bunch of good friends here. Or I should say cartoon friends? Haha

We have Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, Eeyore, Doraemon (a.k.a Andy Lau), etc.

They are just cute and funny. I can't stop laughing when I'm with them.

Even now when I think of them, I smile to my screen. (My colleagues that sit beside me actually think that I'm insane. XD )

Alright. That's all for now. Gotta get back to work and join the cartoons talk.

Just now when I was chatting with a friend, I said "Bon après-midi Monsieur" (means good afternoon to a man in French).

He then asked how to greet a pretty girl in French.

I told him young lady is "Mademoiselle" and you know what he replied?

He typed "Bon après-midi SUI mademoiselle". =.=

Lolz~ Actually I know what is beautiful lady in French.

It is "Belle dame" but I just don't feel like telling him. =P

I never ever been to any interview like this, so embarrassing.

Feel so wanted to cry right after I walked out from the building.

Although I'd learn something from the interview which kind of helpful but still I found it very embarrassing.

Aiks~ And the second interview is very boring.

It was a phone interview which take me 1 hour.

I feel like I'm having oral test with lecturer.

After 2 interviews in one row, I feel very tired.

My advice, never arrange 2 interviews in a row, that is killing. (at least for me it is killing.)

I feel so mood-less to get back to work after "kena tembak till whole body got holes".

And next week gonna be a tough week for me.

Lotsa telepresence need to attend and not to forget the weekly training.

Can I just quit the job and stay at home?

Sigh~~~~~

FYI, don't ever mention proton saga in front of me. I mean it!!

Today my sweet sweet babe come to MV to pass me some sweet sweet things.

It is really sweet because you know what is that?

It's CUP CAKE!! See, I didn't cheat you. It is real sweet thing. =P

And so we went for lunch together. 1 hour lunch break is just not enough for us.

It is always fun to hang out with Luisa yet I always feel like we don't have enough time.

She thinks that each of our date should be at least 3 hours but somehow I think 3 hours is just nothing.

I told her we need at least half a day. LOL

Hey Za Boh, don't forget bout our half day fox date ya.
And of course, the plan of turning a college event to our obsessed stage. LOL

I'm back.
So many things happened in these few months.

I got my first job but the contract going to end soon.
Quit or Stay? Idk.

I got myself a boyfriend but somehow I don't feel like I'm in a relationship.
Is it just myself or he has the same thought as well? Idk.

Someone confess to me that he likes me.
We talked a lot, basically about everything.
He treats me nicely and cares me a lot.
I feel pampered yet I have to reject him.
You wanna know why?
Of course it is not just simple as I got boyfriend.
But well, I'm not gonna reveal the secret here. *winks*
I leave it to your imagination.

Oh ya, did I tell you that I already become an auntie?
An officially one.
My sis-in-law has gave birth to a handsome baby boy.
He is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too cute for me to post his photo here because I afraid that your monitor screen will be cracked due to his cuteness. LOL

CNY

I know I am late. LOL

Now I am gonna blog about everything during CNY.

Yes, CNY. =P

I will start from CNY eve.

We have lunch with Aunty Vinnie's family.

I've forgot how long I didn't celebrate CNY with them.

3 years? 5 years? I guess more than that.

But it is always good and I love it.

After lunch we head to Uncle Leong's house for usual gambling session.

I meet my one-year-meet-once cousins there. LOL

So quickly take picture with them.

As you all know, CNY eve dinner is kinda important for all Chinese.

All the family members have to gather together, we call it 團圓 (Tuan Yuan) means Reunion.

But I didn't have my dinner with my family.

I went out with a special someone.

My first time CNY eve dinner with friend.

My first time CNY eve dinner with fireworks.

We looks so wretched.

Two young kids have dinner at restaurant while people around us are all with family.

Though it was special enough for me.

Well, I am not gonna reveal who is he. =P

Sometimes it is good to keep things mysterious. *winks*

Okay, now we jump to Chor 3.

Me, Papa and Mama back to hometown for three days with father-side relatives.

As usual, eat all the way from the first day to the last day.

Oh ya, we went to Penang for the so called largest Guan Yin in Malaysia or SEA. IDK

It is located at Kek Lok Si there, you can see it from the down hill.

The environment there not bad.

Below that photo is captured by using my phone.

The effect quite ok ma.

After that, we went to sea side.

I have my very first horse riding on the beach.

Okay, I know it was suppose to be awesome or romantic or whatsoever.

But hell NO!!!

It is freaking weird.

Everyone on the beach is looking at me and the horse is sooooooooooooooo freaking smelly. =(

Owh~ I swear I will never ride on a horse again. It is damn scary.

We leave Penang around 1 something in the afternoon and back to Taiping.

We stay in Taiping until Chor 5 and before we back to KL we went to a Kopitiam that I didn't introduce in my last trip.

This kopitiam sell normal plain soup noodles.

Wonder why there are so many people standing there just to get a seat?

Because of the wet chili powder.

The before and after adding wet chili powder.

You can add as much as you can as long there are still available wet chili powder.

Caution: It is hot and spicy. Don't add too much if you can't stand for it.

Wookay, that's all for CNY.

A story about the Stormtastic Storm

Did I mention that I went back to hometown and pay a visit to Penang during Chinese New Year?

Something actually happened when I was coming back from Penang to Taiping.

It happened when we were on the Penang Bridge.

The weather isn't seems good at that time.

I was looking out through the window since I got nothing better to do.

But the weather suddenly change!!

It was just out of sudden and bring up my curiosity.

So I use my phone to connect to my private information portal and check what's going on.

I then get this image.

It was taken from a satellite.

OMG!! What's going on?

Looks like something serious gonna happen?!

Eh~eh~ Why is my body moving.??

Wait! Wait~~~~~~~

I heard someone is talking to me.

Where is my origin?

Ahhhhhhhhhhh~~~

Gosh!! I feel so weird.

Yea, it is. But with a message on it?

Chor 7 - The common man's birthday

The 7^th day of Chinese New Year is known as everyone's birthday.

Chinese used to have the tossed raw fish salad, Yu Shang on this date.

Me and my gang did celebrate "our" birthday but we not having Yu Shang.

We went to Library and drink Hoegaarden

The usual gang, Eddie, Joe, T', Archie, Patrick and Me.

Do you know what would happen when you use Polaroid camera to take photo of a bank note?

Yea, this is the result. *grin*

It's been long time I never go Library.

I guess people are getting bored with this kind of place and more prefer clubbing.

It was a Saturday night yet not much crowd.

Thus, we leave early and head to Aman Suria for the hidden Murni.

It is the branch of Murni which located at SS2.

The new branch called Murni Discovery. I personally think that is kinda suit the mamak.

Seriously, you need to discover the area in order to find out that mamak. LOL

It is located at somewhere you can't see it from the main road. =.=

I swear I will get lost in that area.

Anyway, I gotta back to Jobstreet.com and keep swimming inside to look for a PERMANENT job.

I gotta admit that this is the FIRST TIME I HUG A DOG.

Yes, first time.

Did you notice that we have same pose and same facial expression?

Especially the eyes.

The feeling of hugging him is soooooooooooooo damn good.

It is so warm.

And Ah Boy is so obedient and well-behaved.

I think I fall in love with dog.

Perhaps only with Ah Boy (because he is the first one that I hug. LOL).

My very first time

As you all know, I am a always-last-minute person.

I mean only for assignment and test.

For assignment, I will start doing it around 2 days before the due date.

I guess you guys did not know that I started to do my Final Year Project a.k.a. FYP 2 weeks before the due date.

And I only started to develop the system for FYP the night before the submission date.

I always submit my assignment just before the deadline which is 7pm on that day.

Means I always submit my assignments between 6.30pm to 7pm or sometimes even after 7pm.

For test and exam, I will only start study the night before.

Well, I guess I am the lucky one. Because so far my results is still average and maybe above? Hah..IDK

So, today is my very first time finish up my assignment before 12pm on the submission day.

Feeling so weird weih.

It's like so lost and I don't like it.

Because I can't enjoy the feeling of (afraid that can't make it before 7pm) + (finally I've make it) + (feel so free and release).

So sad.

Can't the things on the net just stop copy others' idea?

As we all know, Twitter is kinda popular now.

The major functions is update status, share links, share photos, reply on other's status, send direct message to people that you followed.

Now we come to Facebook.

Yea, I got a sucky interface which I don't really like.

I can access Country Story only when I'm in the homepage.

Okay, back to the major functionality.

It's almost the same with Twitter where you can update status, share links, share photos, comment on other's status, send private messages, etc.

I remember before this I've posted a blog post about Google Wave. Click here.

I did say that it is a little bit like Twitter as you can follow or unfollow the waves.

Now Google has come out with another thing that attached with Gmail which called Buzz.

You can see that I can follow follow by other people, comment and like other's status, share links, videos and photos, etc.

You can add other sites to integrate with, such as your Blogger account, Google reader, flickr, Youtube, Picasa, and even Twitter.

But don't you think that it is just another version of Facebook and Twitter?

Why do I need another Facebook or Twitter when I've already had one which is more user friendly?

Even it is not nice but when most of your friend is using it, you won't change it.

I bet many people out there have the same thought with me.

Because you know why?

Take the Windows Live Messenger as example.

WLM is sometimes bringing troubles to us but we are still using it to communicate with our friends. Because THEY are all using it!!

That's why Yahoo Messenger eventually allows their users to add WLM users.

I tried once change from WLM to AOL because that time my internet connection was sucks till the max. Only AOL can be connected to the net. But ended up I gave up on it because only few of my friends are using it. I'm still like not connecting with anyone so what's the point for changing?

Tell me, will you change from Twitter to Google buzz? Or stick with both?

I guess I won't change.

Because I am afraid of changes.

Found some pictures when I clean my hard disk.

I then realize me and my family actually went to Pavilion for CNY shopping before.

Okay, okay, I know I am forgetful.

That day we went to KLCC and Pavilion and guess how much we pay for the parking.

It's around RM 20. WTF!!

RM 15 for Pavilion and I forgot how much for KLCC but I guess is around 6 or 7 bucks.

Super expensive wei.

Lucky we aren't back with empty hands.

When we were in Pavilion, I forgot who said wanna have a chocolate hi-tea and so we went to Chocolate Lounge.

Lastly, my drinks, Lady in RED.
It was a hot chocolate drinks with spicy taste.

Just like the Chocolate Chili Ice-cream from Gelatissimo.

Sweet Chocolate with Hot Spicy Taste.

Always my favorite.

At this lovely mad hot Saturday, I laze around at home and got nothing to do.

I then realized I did not update my applications in my phone for quite some times.

So I login to the apps store to shop for some new application.

FYI, I am not using iPhone or BlackBerry. I love my Nokia N82.

I found a AWESOME application - Snaptu.

It allows you to update Facebook, Twitter, login to Picasa and Flickr to manage your photos, etc.

Here is the full list of applications that Snaptu carried.

I kinda like the Facebook and Twitter functions.

It's user friendly, convenient and finally there is an application of Facebook for normal smartphones.

Besides, I found the Twitter app that attached in Snaptu is much better than Tweet60 (the Twitter app that I currently using) in term of functionality.

By the way, did you find out that the interface is kinda good?

Well, I think Snaptu is an application from UK, thus some of the applications that it carried are UK-based.

But that's okay, because most of the applications suit everybody.

There are three ways to get Snaptu.

Open the Snaptu Mobile page by typing m.snaptu.com, click on the "Download Snaptu" link and answer "yes" to all the installation messages.
Visit Snaptu via you computer, enter your email address and check the email that sent by Snaptu by using your phone. The download link will be attached in the email.
Login to Nokia Ovi Store, search for Snaptu and download. Yet, you will be required to login to your Ovi account to download. This is only for Nokia user.

Shopping is a MUST for this festival because I need NEW stuffs for NEW year.

Went few major shopping mall in town yet couldn't get much things.

Feeling that clothes nowadays are just not my cup of tea.

Rarely found any pieces that I like.

Is it me become more picky and choosy or just the trend changes too fast until I can't catch up with it?

Went to Tangs closed-door sales.

Not much crowd though the fitting room is all time occupied. =.=

Okay, I know I am late.

Google Chrome is already in the market for few months? or half year? IDK

I have the installer with me for quite some times yet I didn't install it.

So today I was too boring and got nothing better to do a.k.a NBTD, I then decided to give it a try.

After installation and run the browser, I found this button which looks mysterious. =.=

So I click on it and you know what happen?

My browser turns into 3D mode which look like this.

Yesterday night I had a dream about ME being a special agent.

My mission is to get back the stock that belongs to my unit.

The Belgium guy lost it when we try to get it from him.

According to the reliable source, there is a guy stole it from the Belgium guy.

Yet, I managed to found the thief.

I woke up with a start when the ME in the dream pull the trigger.

That was a silliest dream that I ever had. LMAO

It was 3am in the early morning.

Since I have already wake up and nothing to do, so I go to the kitchen to get some drinks and wants to start working on my assignments.

The so called stock in my dream is in the refrigerator in my house. WTF is going on?!!

Ahh~ Whatever!

Since it is meant to be mine, I will just take it.

What could be better than this?

Drinking Hoegaarden while doing assignment. LOL

Promised my friend gotta be his model for his interview with Estee Lauder.

Our appointment is at 3pm but I headed to MV early for my breakfast.

I can't really remember when is the last time I had my breakfast in Starbucks.

But it is always good. =)

Oh ya, I tag along my BBF.

Taken quite a number of photos but not sure how's the results as I can't preview. =.=

Meet up with my dearie - Cammy for lunch.

She bought herself a BlackBerry. *jealous*

But I found out something which is kinda embarrass myself.

I don't know how to use the BlackBerry T.T

I did plan to get myself a Blackberry but my phone is still new.

And I love my phone camera. It's AWESOME.

No matter portrait, club shoot, scene, night, etc. it is just good in all these.

Aiks, it is so difficult to make the decision. Better just keep it aside.

After lunch, I hang around at Starbucks again and wait for my make-up artist to come.

He is late!! For 30 minutes.

Seriously, I first time see someone can be so relax and being late to an interview for half an hour. =.=

We go to the Estee Lauder office which located at 18th floor of South Tower, Central Point.

I was so damn nervous when I was there.

The make-up director look so cool. *freeze*

Erich take out all the tools and accessories. I love the brush set.

It tooks about 40 minutes to do the demo and complete the make up.

I leave early and sneak to 23^rd floor to see my dearie and show her my make up. LOL

Cam-whore session in the toilet.

There are still half an hour to go until Cammy off work.

So me and Erich go for a drink while waiting.

And we take photos again!! LOL

TPM Car Park Tragedy

New year suppose to have new improve, new hope and better life.

But some tragedies just happened on the first day we go back to college.

Those usual parking places are all blocked or restricted to certain company's staffs.

We, APIIT student gotta park at somewhere 1.3km away from our lovely college and WALK!!

Yes, we walked.

Under a big hot sun (sometimes rain), carrying our laptop, pass by a scary tunnel and walk up hill.

Then only we can see our college.

Some ladies have to walk with high heels due to the dress code.

Yea, we are required to wear formal attire to college.

No slippers, no sport shoes. Of course you can wear flat or pumps.

But does it look nice with formal? IDK, perhaps I'm just not that talented in matching clothes and shoes.

Speaking of that, the dress code is to keep all the students look professional.

So they actually expecting us to look professional after walking under a big hot sun?

Does a shirt with sweat-wet looks professional? Again, IDK.

Back to the car park tragedy.

Did you see the blue line? That's the 1.3km route that we need to walk.

Well, the college isn't that bad. They do provide shuttle bus service for us.

According to the schedule, it SUPPOSED to be 10mins once.

YET, they only fetch student from car park to campus before 12pm.

After 12pm, you gotta walk.

Then they will send u back to the car park from 12 pm till 6.30pm.

I do not want to mention how great is our timetable.

But sometimes our class will end at 6.30pm? 7pm?

Those student who took LAN subjects maybe their class end at 8pm? IDK

The only thing I know is, you still have to walk.

Because you know why?

The driver will park the shuttle van at the scary tunnel there and SLEEP while the students waiting for them.

So you see how great is that.

Well, the story hasn't end here.

I heard rumors say IRIS (a BIG company that just next to our college) is gonna buy over the new car park.

So where are we going to park our car? Further more like opposite ASTRO?

Today is seriously a sudden outing with my cousins Tyan and Christine.

Chris said they wanted to check out a new shop - Lokomotiv Checkpoint that opened at Bandar Sunway which sell lomo camera.

So we went there and we lost.

We can't find the shop.

Because the shop have NO signboard. =.=

Anyway, we finally get there and start looking at those cameras.

Chris is looking for Diana F+ lomo camera and I was looking for BBF.

FYI, BBF is stand for BlackBird Fly.

Well, we didn't get any thing from there because it is a lil bit pricey compared with those online store.

We off to Mid Valley for movie and dinner.

After dinner, we went for movie The Twilight Saga : New Moon.

It was so-so only.

Anyway, it was a great day out.

Because Tyan is starting her college life real soon and Chris is going to start working, so do I.

But as I know, yesterday when I visit the Starbucks @ MV.

They still have the Christmas beverage instead of the CNY drinks.

Anyway, the Cream-based Honey Orange Frappucino taste good.

It is recommended by my friend, Adrian who work as Barista.

I guess this is the first time I have a non-caffeine drink in Starbucks. LOL

Oh ya, not to forget my Starbucks Key Chain for Year of Tiger.

Today I supposed to rest myself at home.

A sudden call makes me get myself ready up for a casting.

Yes, CASTING!!

It is a public-interest ad by Yellow Picture.

I was impressed by Yellow Pictures.

Their production included My New Village Stories (我来自新村), My Roots (扎根）, Malaysia, My Home (家在马来西亚），etc.

The casting is super duper fun. I mean funny.

The last day in Taiping.

Early morning, packed our stuffs and check out the hotel.

Finally, I had my breakfast in Taiping.

There is a stall opposite the SMK King Edward VII selling Curry Mee.

"Salty Fish Head Curry" Mee

Means the curry is cooked by using salty fish head.

This chili, I don't know I should called it Chili Powder or Chili Sauce.

Because my dad said it was the Chili Powder Sauce. =.=
All I know is this type of chili is superb.

The Satay Chicken, which you can't find it in KL.

It's available at a mixed rice stall but I don't know where is it.

Mom bought it.

After breakfast then we start our journey back to KL with this.

A full bonnet due to my Mama. She's a shopaholic, trust me.

5 stomach trip - Day 2

Yesterday night (actually is this early morning) I back to hotel at 4am.

Yea, 4am. Finally my trip to hometown is not bored anymore.

Due to the night chill out session with MC and friends, I skipped the breakfast which is not really nice. (lucky me)

We went to Sepetang for lunch.

A well recommended seafood restaurant - Kedai Makanan Tepi Sungai.

Pick the seafood on the spot, they kill it, cook and serve.

The fried "glass" prawn. *thumbs up*

Best snack ever.

A lil bit spicy, a lil bit sweet + a lil bit sour.

They called it "Lat Ji"(in Cantonese) crab.

FYI, this crab is with EGGS. Opps, I mean the crab spawn. =)

I don't know what is the name of this prawn but it is NICE.

This dishes was out of stock when we reach there.

Yet, while we eating other seafood, a lady came to us and said

"The boat is just reach, we have it now. Do you want some?"

This is what we called FRESH!!

This is the price that we paid for the Fresh Seafood - RM 122.

Then we back in the Taiping town and go for the 3.15pm meal.

Kedai Ais Kacang Merah Raex, a nice place for some light food and tea time.

I think, the best Ais Kacang Merah in Taiping.
They called it "Ang Dau Gah" in Hokkien.
It is the first item in the left side of the menu that they hang on the wall.
There is "Ang Dau Bing" and "Ang Dau Gah".
So, make sure you don't order the wrong one.

Laksa.

After this, I supposed to be very full.

Yet, MC come to pick me up for 4.30pm meal. =.=

The Pokok Asam Laksa.

Yes, Laksa AGAIN!!

I seriously thought I can rest my stomach till dinner time.

But, NO.

MC brings me to Hotel Panaroma coffee house for tea.

No, no food. ONLY tea. Finally I have my coffee after so many days.

Then he send me back to Pokok Asam again because my family was there to have their tea time.

And I ATE AGAIN!!

This time is Char Siew Pau.

No Pau's picture. Wonder how delicious it is?

Some indirect related facts here to show it -

The business starts from 6pm and I reached there at 6.15pm.

The boss says "Red Bean Pau sold out, only Kaya Pau and Char Siew Pau left but not much. How many you want?"

So, figure it out by yourself when you visit Taiping.

At night, we supposed to go back to the restaurant that we had our dinner there last night.

Yet, we are so full.

Ended up we decided to go Siang-Malam for some Nasi Lemak and Kopi-O Ais.

Description: People usually say those who can eat a lot have 4 stomach like a COW. But, today we Khaw's gonna prove to ya'll, we got 5 stomach (to be exact, we actually got 6!) and we can eat all the way.

No, I am not the driver. Just acting. =)

After lunch + room alone, waiting for the next round eating.
You know, when there is nothing better to do Self-Snap(SS) is always the best thing to kill time.

The dinner place - Restaurant Light House Seafood.
According to a trusted source, the seafood porridge here is superb.
You can choose whatever garnish they have and add into the porridge.
Ex: prawn, fish, crab, fish balls, etc.

The price that we paid for 6 dishes (the portion quite big), 5 plate of rice and 5 glass of warm water.

We planning to go back the same restaurant for tomorrow lunch.

We haven't try the porridge yet. =P

FYI, it is marked in GPS.

Well, there is actually lunch, 3.15pm meal and 4.30pm meal before this dinner.

But the food not nice, so no pictures. =(

Once we got our seats, someone spotted me and SMS me says she saw me.

I walk around yet couldn't find her until she told me where she is.

As you all know, I'm a huge Starbucks fans.

I always try my best to get the Starbucks merchandise, of course the limited edition have the first priority.

However, I've missed out one very important merchandise which is the Legendary Penguin Tumbler.

It is sold out everywhere, yet Malaysia is always the best and Starbucks is even GREATER!!

Santa sent 2 Legendary Penguin Tumbler from North Pole to Malaysia.

How great is that?! Owh~ I Love Santa.

He must be saw my wish card and know I want that madly.

Well, well, well, I know Santa is always be fair to everyone.

He gave the chance to all the people down here and see whether who can get that.

I drag Eddie to go with me as he is the PRO photographer which never shoot any kid before. =.=

Though he is kind enough to help me carry all the stuff (included 16 packs of biscuit and 2 big packs of mee hun).

Thanks to my dear friend, Kent Yung a.k.a the Price of Meehun. (this is the name that he force me to call him.)

Once we reach there, Lim is waiting there and help us to bring all the stuff to the store.

Then we registered ourselves for the lucky draw and we got the door gift.

The Last Christmas Shopping

Today is the last round of Christmas shopping for 2009.

Me and Eddie went to Mid Valley.

He said he got a lot of things wanna buy but he didn't get anything.

Me the one who done so many round of shopping for Christmas yet still buying stuffs. =.=

I get 1 gift bag for the red wine which I going to bring it to the Christmas Eve dinner.

By the way, we watched Couples Retreat.

Oh Man, that movie is just FUNNY.

We laugh all the way till the ending.

Seriously, much much better than The Storm Warriors.

And we had a heart-to-heart talk during the tea time.

Today is the family day. It's like so long I never went mall with Papa.

So today we go IKEA to do some survey on baby cot.

Hang out with family is always the best. I heart it very muchie.

As usual, I'm having the 2 weeks year end holiday which starts from yesterday.

It is a holiday that I suppose to get a good rest before the real battle start.

Yet, my schedule for this 2 weeks is pack.

Not only that, something is actually annoying me.

Looks like I never have a good winter holiday since year 2006 - the year we met each other.

You asked me whether we have the fate to meet each other for the last time in 2009.

But I guess it is better that we don't meet in the end of the year.

Google Wave, something new from Google.

Thanks to DyYee who send me the invitation. Hugz.

I've been experience Google Wave about 2 weeks time.

I found myself kinda like it as it is user-friendly and so convenient.

You can edit your sent messages, directly reply to particular message, attach images, etc.

The coolest thing is you can attach a MAP in the conversation.

No more print screen, no more copy and paste, just few clicks and the map is there.

Friend say :" You'll gonna ditch Gmail after you become a Waver."

It is just like a combination of mailbox, IM, discussion board, or maybe Twitter?

Don't ask me why Twitter. IDK but you can follow or unfollow the waves just as you wish.

It is good for conversation which has more than 2 participants.

I don't like to use Windows Live Messenger or Skype when having a group chat.

Turns out, it will be like a mess and I gotta re-read the conversation which cause a delay to me when I'm going to reply.

However, Google Wave doesn't allow you to send email to other domain's email (not even Gmail).

It is the communication tool for only Wavers.

So whoever wanna become one of them, drop me your email address.

I still have some invitations left with me, not few but limited.

Thus, first come first serve. =)

I nearly cried out when we have the last hug.

The timing is just not nice.

Yuen is coming back from UK next thursday yet you fly off to US today.

I seriously miss the moment that we gather together.

Pro-Tuners Launching @ MOS

This is seriously a sudden outing.

My dear Cammy called up say she got invitation to the launching event.

Then I started get myself ready and fetch her out to MOS.

This is my very first time drive myself to a club and my very first time go club together with my dearie.

We reach there SAFELY without losing in half way and manage to find parking, though we need to walk for some distance.

And guess what? I met Eddie, Archie and Jason there.

Eddie is the official photographer for Pro-Tuners Magazine.

The event is kinda boring though I have my dear and friends with me, so it was still okay for me.

Day out with Ben

Ben wanted a gloves for his US trip.

So we went to 1U and we found Kitschen there.

Kitschen is having a competition which you take picture in their fitting room with their latest collection and also the Kitschen mag-a-like frame on the mirror.

Then submit to their website and get people vote for you.

The winner will get RM500 Kitschen clothing.

It is so tempting, no?

And so, me and Ben spent like 1 hour in the shop and fitting room. XD

Here is the outcome.

There were more pictures actually but we always present the best one right?

Oh ya, not to forget some picture with the Christmas decoration.

Finally, I've passed the Christmas gift to Kent but he forgot to bring my pillow to me.

And now, the story time.

The BK story:
Today we had our lunch @ Burger King, because I said we can pay it by Touch n' Go.
So we went to the counter and place our order.
Then the staff told us if we make payment via Touch n' Go will get a FREE Chicken Royale.
So I answered "Okay!"
Ben ask me whether I know what is the FREE STUFF. I said IDK.
Turns out is was another burger which same as what I've ordered.
We can't finish it, so I put it in my bag.
Shopping with a BURGER in bag isn't fun, it is yucky.
Now my Burberry is full of the Chicken Royale smell. FML

Lesson of the day: Please make sure what is the FREE STUFF before you say OKAY. It might be something gross out. =(

Starbucks Drive-Thru

Finally!!!

Starbucks has opened up their first Drive-Thru store in Malaysia.

But too bad it is located in Johor. =(

I have grabbed some photos from @StarbucksMY and share with you all.

It is located at Setia Tropika, Johor. About 15 minutes drive from Johor Bahru city centre.

When is KL going to have one?

It is better to have it somewhere near my house or on the way from my house to college.

Then I will be very excited to go college everyday. =D

"Bosses of a publishing firm are trying to work out why no one noticed that one of their employees had been sitting dead at his desk for five days before anyone asked if he was feeling okay.
George Turklebaum, 51, who had been employed as a proofreader at a New York firm for 30 years, had a heart attack in the open-plan office he shared with 23 other workers.

He quietly passed away on Monday, but nobody noticed until Saturday morning when an office cleaner asked why he was still working during the weekend.

His boss Elliot Wachiaski said: 'George was always the first guy in each morning and the last to leave at night, so no one found it unusual that he was in the same position all that time and didn't say anything. He was always absorbed in his work and kept much to himself.'

A post mortem examination revealed that he had been dead for five days after suffering a coronary. Ironically, George was proof reading manuscripts of medical textbooks when he died.

KatchaKatcha is an application that I've found in Facebook, which introduced by my friend - kRaZy.

I don't know about the teenagers nowadays, but when I was in teen age, I like to take sticker photo.

Hmm~ I actually don't know what it called but we use to called it "Da Tou Tie" or "Da Tou Zhao" in Mandarin.

In Japanese, it called Puri-kura. (thanks Cammy dear for the info. ♥ )

Here is the example of the photo that taken using the machine.

P/S: the guy in this picture is Jam Hsiao, a Taiwanese singer.

Okay, back to the story.

When I first start using KatchaKatcha, I found it is actually quite similar to the self-adhesive photo machine.

World Aids Day

December 1^st of each year is dedicated to raising awareness of the AIDS pandemic caused by the spread of HIV infection. We called it the World Aids Day.

People are common to hold memorials to honor persons who have died from HIV/AIDS on this day.

This year -2009, the World Aids Day theme is "Universal Access and Human Rights".

Many countries are having their own World Aids Campaign to raise the public awareness of AIDS.

In corporate to this, Google, Twitter, Facebook and some other organization are showing their support by turning RED.

Not to forget, my favourite - Starbucks is also contributing in this campaign.

For every handcrafted beverage that you purchased in any Starbucks store located in US or Canada on World Aids Day, Starbucks will give 5c to the Global Fund to fight AIDS in Africa.

Buy a coffee beverage in UK and Ireland stores, and they will give 5p.

Well, I such a small potato can't do anything big to help in this World Aids Day and my lovely friend, Mr. Kent did not tag me along when he decided to be one of the volunteer of the event that we have in KL. =(

I, as a replacement, went to KK for a wedding dinner with my brother.

Supposingly, he should go with my sis-in-law.

But due to some personal issue, I replace her. (don't think it in a negative way.)

Nothing much about the wedding I can say.

It was a wedding ceremony that I've never experience before. It is kinda ~~weird~~, no? IDK

Well, the important point is not the wedding although that is the main subject why is this trip made.

The point is I have a chance to stay in Sutera Harbour. *grins*

But seriously, you have to be there and feel it.

The boss is ~~bitchy~~, though the colleagues are fun and nice.

Met the brother of a friend of mine at the event.
